Nigel and Marita are making changes to commercial litigation in Australia. They're ditching time based costing and developing their own case management systems for clients to have better experiences with the law, whilst simultaneously creating a better place for lawyers to work.

They want to create a brand that shows itself to be a thought leader as well as a real force in their niche capable of getting results in large scale, complex disputes.

After investing in a rebrand in early 2020, and with the business in rapid expansion, Nigel and Marita needed to maintain consistency with their brands' voice. I came in to deliver more regular web content and work with their marketing agency, Yoke, on implementing the brand strategy.
